There was an uncontrollable frustration inside me after hearing “She is our boy”. Many direct and indirect levels are there behind that statement. A pride was there on the face when they said she is their boy. Wouldn't the same pride be if they said we raised her to be a good person? If it is only a person's point of view, it would not have become a regular hearing in society. I tried to think many times why people are thinking like that. I took a deep breath and turned to reality, where she is called a boy who had been brought up free of her own, who had her own opinions.
